Retirement Announcement

It is with mixed emotions that the Manitoba Marathon announces the retirement of Shirley Lumb. Although we will miss her, we are thankful for the legacy that she leaves behind and are overjoyed for her as she enters into the next chapter of her life!

Shirley has decided to retire after thirty years of dedication to the Manitoba Marathon (with twenty of them as Executive Director). We are extremely grateful for her service and how much she has contributed to growing our event, as well as positively impacting the lives of people living with an intellectual disability.
